About me

I am Lokman, an enthusiastic data science specialist. 

After 6 years in banking and seeing the growing importance of algorithms and machine learning, I decided to change my career and return to my first love: IT. I earned a Master’s in Data Science in 2024, adding to my Bachelor’s in Economics from 2016. 

My financial education and banking experience shaped my customer-centric and business-oriented mindset, while my data science training strengthened my technical expertise and revive my passion for mathematics. 

A few fun facts about me:

• As a child, I dreamed of becoming an IT engineer, today, I’m finally living that dream
• I grew up reading comics and manga, which inspired my passion for telling stories with data
• I have an awful French accent, but you can call it the French touch
